In all the tables we sell there is a quality of workmanship that assures
many years of retained beauty and endurance. This workmanship can be found in the attention
to the smallest details found throughout the line.
Mortise and Tenon construction adds strength
to each table’s design while preserving the fine detail of its design.
High quality gear slides provide ease in opening and closing the table tops while providing
the convenience of self leaf storage on many table designs. Wood slides are designed for
easy operation and are built for superior table top support.
Table tops are made of one inch solid wood and fitted with solid steam-bent skirts.
Specially designed sanding equipment ensures that each table is sanded smoothly and uniformly.
Solid hardwood, fully extendable drawers allow easy access and more usable storage space.
As each table is unique, it is branded and numbered with its own serial number for future reference.
Leaves are cut to fit each table precisely and receive the table’s serial number along with its numeric order for installation.
Leg connections are reinforced by a v-grooved corner block assembly with a two bolt attachment.

Each part is
carefully produced to strict specifications.
During the assembly process all spindle chairs are glued and screwed and mission chairs are tenon and mortised for increased strength and durability. After assembly, each chair is hand sanded prior to being sent on to the finishing facility.
During the finishing process chairs receive a coat of stain applied by spray to assure complete coverage. The stain
is then hand rubbed to remove excess and provide an even and consistent color while enhancing the beauty of each chair’s unique grain.
After a drying period each chair is given a coat of sealer and is again hand sanded prior to finishing. This process reduces any raised grain that may have resulted from the sealing process.
Finally, a finish coat is applied providing an even luster that will provide years of durable beauty to every chair.
